Quentin Consulting was engaged by our client to assess a known and managed waste stockpile and to provide a cost analysis of remediation and management of the stockpile (in-situ).  This included close liaising with EPA, our client and sub-contractors that enabled management strategies including short-term storage onsite and long-term treatment options.
