St Quentin Consulting have been assisting State Government Departments on regional and
metropolitan redevelopment and title rectification projects for the last 20 years.
Our work in the Docklands assists Development Victoria in surrendering Crown Land (Promenade)
back to Freehold to allow Melbourne City Council to take management responsibility as the
Committee of Management.
