Drone Fly Over at Gen Fyansford Residential Subdivision

St Quentin Consulting is excited to be part of the delivery of Stage 1 of one of Geelong’s mostunique residential Estates ‘Gen Fyansford’. Developed by ICD and with constructions completed early 2017, there will be approximately 1,000 house lots and a town centre delivered over several stages. The first two stages of Gen Fyansford – Riverside and Monier – have already sold out and just a few lots remain in stage three – Panorama – with its views across the Moorabool River.

The new precinct, The West End will initially offer around 40 lots early this year. Eventually it will expand to about 100 parcels catering to a diverse range of housing designs, with streetscapes centred around access to parkland.
