In progress for almost 20 years, Highview Estate is a landmark project and one on which St. Quentin Consulting has providedSurveying Geelong services since its inception. The design elements of the project, which seek to deliver high quality lots, views and services in undulating terrain have been challenging and rewarding for our survey team.
Horseshoe Bend Precinct
St. Quentin Consulting has contributed planning, Surveying Geelong and project management services to the development of the Horseshoe Bend Project in Armstrong Creek, Geelong. The site will support over 5000 dwellings and has been subject to a number of planning scheme amendments, the last of which is the preparation and approval of a Precinct Structure Plan expected to be completed in early 2014. The project has involved significant complexities and multiple land-owners and has demanded diligent management of and liaison with sub-consultants, owners and authorities.
The final outcome will deliver a wide range of uses and community facilities, and will add new development fronts in Geelong’s growing new suburb.
Andersons Road Rezoning
Andersons Road, Winchelsea was subject to a rezoning proposal prepared and managed by St. Quentin Consulting. Initially envisaged as a low density proposal, the successful amendment process has resulted in Residential 1 Zone land in addition to Low Density Residential and Business 4 Zones. The proposal takes advantage of the nomination of Winchelsea as a growth node, and also of the increase in services provided to the town, particularly the Princes Highway duplication which makes the township far more accessible.
Batten Road, Armstrong Creek
St. Quentin Consulting is contributing engineering, surveying and planning services to this 200+ lot development in Armstrong Creek, Geelong. As the project continues to progress from planning through to the detail design phase, there has been many opportunities for St. Quentin Consulting to provide innovative design solutions to site based problems. These solutions have freed up developable land and reduced the capital expense to our client. Working closely with a diverse project team including urban designers, planners, geo technicians, botanists, traffic consultants and landscape architects, St. Quentin Consulting is excited to be involved in another key development in Geelong’s growth area.
