The drive for excellence and continuous improvement is manifested in St Quentin Consulting’s Integrated Management System, which ensures the ongoing improvement of our employee’s, business processes, risk management, while supporting our clients.

St Quentin Consulting Pty Ltd has achieved external certification of our management systems to Australian and International standards.

Certifications held and endorsed by Global Mark are:

• AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management Systems.
• AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
• AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is based on the following principles:

• Conformance with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015, AS/NZS 4801:2001.
• Individual responsibility for the Quality, Environmental and OHS impact, and continuous improvement of work performed.
• Understanding of the Quality, Environmental and OHS policies as a guide for decision making.

This accreditation has practical applications too. We are fully accredited with Barwon Water for Sewer and Water design, where many Civil Engineering companies in the region are not.
