This project was conceived by the late Dato Hussain Yeusef, a long time client of St. Quentin’s. Our involvement in this project has spanned over 15 years and continues to this day.

The Sands comprises a championship links golf course, 400 residential lots, 168 condominiums, a $12 million Club House and the $25 million, 112 room Peppers Resort.

St Quentin Consulting were engaged to provide initial surveying service, undertake construction set out and obtain approval for the subdivision of the whole of the project.

The championship links are recognised as one of Victoria’s premier course, and the final stages of the residential development component are approaching completion.
