This project involved the construction of a multi-storey residential tower on Brougham Street, Geelong. 

The development comprises 21 apartments and a basement car park. St. Quentin’s have provided surveying services to all stages of this major urban development.

Services provided include preparation of the original site surveys through to the preparation of the plans of subdivision, including documenting the Crown Leases required for balconies located over Government Roads.

This project is currently approaching completion of its second stage.
