St. Quentin has been responsible for all works required to re-zone this substantial (124ha) and strategically important development site in Bannockburn.

Tasks undertaken by St Quentin include initial site and feature survey, preparation of an Outline Development Plan, the coordination of all sub-consultant inputs, management of the Planning Scheme Amendment process and obtaining planning approval to facilitate the subdivision and development of the first stages of the estate.

Development of the sixth stage of the estate is due to commence shortly, following agreement between the proponent, Council and the Education Department relating to the siting of new secondary school site for Bannockburn.
