This project involved a $37 million redevelopment of the former Dennys Lascelles wool store for Deakin University in Geelong.

St Quentin was originally engaged to prepare 3 dimensional survey plans of the original structure, to enable preparation of the architectural and engineering designs for the redevelopment. We were then engaged by the builder to provide construction setout and control for the whole six storey re-development.
