This project involves the re-subdivision and development of a substantial low density residential area in Torquay.

St. Quentin has been involved with this project since its inception. St Quentin has worked closely with our Clients and Council to developed subdivision layouts that that respond to the particular characteristics of the site. The subdivision layouts developed by St Quentin provide for the retention of existing dwellings and valued features, protect established vegetation, as well as provide for requisite open space and other physical infrastructure.

St Quentin managed the preparation of all specialist sub-consultant reports required to properly inform subdivision layout.   St Quentin has also managed the Planning Scheme Amendment process to implement the changes required to the Surf Coast Planning Scheme to enable re-subdivision and development to commence.

The first stage of re-development is now approaching construction, and the re-zoning of the balance of the estate is due to commence shortly.
