Amendment C37 seeks to implement a number of key strategic studies for Torquay and Jan Juc, including a revised Torquay Jan Juc Structure Plan.

On behalf of a number of private Clients, St Quentin Consulting undertook a critical review of the key strategic studies that provided the strategic basis for the proposed application of minimum lot sizes within the Low Density Residential Zone as part of Amendment C37.

This review informed the preparation of a number of submissions to the exhibition of Amendment C37, and the representation of Client’s at the Panel Hearing in an advocacy role.

In its report on Amendment C37, the Panel agreed with a number of the recommendations that were advocated by St Quentin Consulting regarding changes that should be made to the Surf Coast Planning Scheme regarding minimum lot sizes within the Low Density Residential Zone.
