As a result of our extensive and direct involvement in all aspects of the land development process, St Quentin are able to offer our Clients a broad range of ‘value-added’ services in the field of development consulting.

Senior members of the St Quentin’s team have substantial experience in the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects throughout the south west region. In addition, members of our team have also worked for and on behalf of the City of Greater Geelong, Colac Otway Shire, Surf Coast Shire and Golden Plains Shire.

Through our broad experience in both the consulting and regulatory fields, we have developed an extensive professional network of key contacts within the development industry (such as professionals in engineering, ecology, cultural heritage, land capability disciplines), and garnered significant expertise in all aspects of the regulatory framework.

As such we are able to provide a range of ‘value-added’ services, either in addition to or in conjunction with our core disciplines of surveying and town planning, including:

• The assembly and management of fit-for-purpose, multi-disciplinary teams, to provide high-quality specialist advice to support complex land use and development proposals;
